Refund and Returns Policy

At KOMZON LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund terms below.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at Contact Us with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will provide return instructions and the shipping address.


5. Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • If the item is defective or incorrect: We cover return shipping.
  • If it’s a change of mind or customer error: You cover the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email
  • If approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after approval

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider (Stripe) — it may take time to process.
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at Contact US.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with the details and we’ll guide you through the process.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
